Greater Manchester ICB - Manchester Place – Workforce Analysis, Assurance and Training Support/b>

MHS initially supported Manchester Place Continuing Healthcare Team through a detailed workforce analysis, providing a realistic understanding of current pressures, capacity, gaps and future workforce requirements. Building on this work, MHS later supported us with the CHC maturity matrix assurance activity and some targeted and refresher training for both our CHC Team and our Local Authority. Across both pieces of work, their approach was thorough, practical and collaborative, helping to inform service development, strengthen governance and support confidence in future planning.
